Precautions for the operation of colored aluminum panels

Heat-insulating color aluminum panels are usually used in the construction industry, with the advancement of technology and people's life, many people not only put forward higher requirements for quality and aesthetics, so we will pay close attention to its operation when using it. In order to maintain the product, we should know its related precautions.

1. During lifting and transportation, avoid damaging the paint film, surface pollution and collision of heat-insulating color aluminum panels.

2. In storage, transportation and use, keep away from corrosive substances such as acid, alkali, salt, organic solvents. Prevent rain, condensation, and do not immerse in water or mud.

3. During transportation, film-like substances should be used to separate the layers to prevent relative sliding and scratching.

4. The ambient temperature of heat-insulated color aluminum sheet processing should be higher than 7°C; adjust the gap between the processing rollers according to the thickness and remove any foreign matter on the surface of the processing rollers and the pallet. At the same time check whether the paint can be removed from both sides, for example, for peeling paint, the reason should be identified and measures taken before continuing processing.

5. It should be used under normal climatic conditions, and the slope of the aluminum sheet used for roofing should be not less than 10 degrees.

6. It is strictly prohibited to use cutting machine to cut the color tiles to prevent the high temperature metal powder produced by cutting from sticking on the aluminum sheet and rusting. Wipe the surface with a soft cloth immediately after installing the color tiles.

7. The bolt heads for fixing the heat-insulating color aluminum panels should be sealed with strong waterproof materials to prevent rainwater from penetrating and rusting.

8. If rust spots appear due to various reasons (quality problems, mechanical damage or industrial dust pollution, etc.), the rust should be scraped off quickly and the paint of the same color should be brushed or sprayed.

9. Select color aluminum panels according to the design requirements. For the same project, aluminum panels of the same manufacturer and batch number should be used to prevent color differences from affecting the appearance.

10. Corrosive environments, steam environments, industrial dust environments and centers within 1000 meters from heavy industrial areas and coastlines are not suitable for aluminum panels.
