The difference between galvanized sheet and aluminized zinc sheet is the difference in coating. A layer of zinc material is uniformly distributed on the surface of the galvanized sheet, which provides anodic protection to the base metal. In other words, the alternate corrosion of the zinc material protects the base metal for use. Only when the zinc corrodes completely can the base metal be damaged.

The surface coating of aluminum-zinc sheets consists of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and small amounts of other elements. Microscopically, the surface of the Al-Zn coating has a honeycomb structure, with zinc contained in the “honeycomb” of aluminum. The cut edge is protected with anti-rust paint or zinc-rich paint to extend the service life of the sheet.

The surface of aluminized zinc sheet is more beautiful than galvanized sheet. Meanwhile, the price of aluminized zinc sheet is more expensive than galvanized sheet, and the price of small zinc flower is more expensive than large zinc flower.
